Last week’s event with Dana Rebecca felt like a dream! I’m still on cloud 9 after having the opportunity to host the most incredible event at Dana Rebecca’s stunning Chicago showroom. The response I received from friends, followers and clients who attended the event as well as those that weren’t able to make it has been more than I could have ever imagined. I can’t thank Dana Rebecca enough for the opportunity to collaborate with this during this magical evening. The entire DRD team was a pleasure to work with and made the event go off without a hitch.
I remember a moment when I looked around, I was in owe to see so many beautiful friends of mine that came to this event. And, of course, my husband Jason and my daughter Katya. I felt so lucky and so complete. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of those that attended and those that couldn’t but showed your support!
While giving my speech, I mentioned that the reason I am in the US is because I fell in love and blamed Jason for that, but at the end of the night I realized I said that wrong. I should have said, thank you Jason for making me fall in love with you because otherwise I wouldn’t have you, I wouldn’t be here, I wouldn’t have met all of my new and old friends, and definitely wouldn’t have hosted this event. Thank you my love!
The holiday season is just around the corner, and holiday style was a big inspiration for this event. Obviously, I can’t get enough of Dana Rebecca’s chic jewelry designs. The jewelry is so absolutely gorgeous, makes for the perfect gifts, and sparkle to your favorite holiday looks. My Favorite Dana Rebecca Pieces
My first favorite are the Lori earrings. Seriously, I have never received so many compliments on earrings before. Ever since I got them I’ve been wearing them non-stop. I am absolutely obsessed with my favorite birthday gift yet!
Initial rings or bracelet, us mom love those, right?! Dana Rebecca made really beautiful designs that I know lots of my friends moms already have and adore wearing. Trust me, you want one too 🙂
The last piece I mentioned is the bar necklace. This necklace sells for just $220 and it’s my favorite gift to give to someone special. Let’s face it who doesn’t love diamonds?! Especially a delicate piece that you can layer with pretty much anything. It’s such an easy piece to wear, and looks great with everything – it will have you on the best gift givers list for sure!
Barak Lahav Designs in Chicago
In addition to the amazing jewelry experience from Dana Rebecca, I was also super excited to share the hottest Israeli designer Barak Lahav. Barak is currently working on his online shopping site but if you’d like to shop any of the pieces or see them in person I’m opening up my showroom to try on his insane pieces. Barak has the most incredible pieces for the holiday season, and they retail for an incredibly approachable price point! Tops are under $200 and dresses start at $185! Totally chic, unique designs at affordable prices – what’s not to love!
The Perfect Designs for Holiday Style
I had the pleasure of styling some of my favorite Chicago boss ladies in Barak’s designs for the event and everyone couldn’t get enough of the stunning pieces.
Ceta Walter from Clark and Stone rocked this stunning sit black tie perfection. I can’t get enough of the simple, yet luxurious feel of this piece. The neckline on this dress is so unique, giving you the ability to change the way you style it so you can change the look every time you wear it.
Michelle Elfvin (@chicagomomgoessuburban) wore the rose gold sequin perfection. Rose gold is a major obsession of mine and looks so gorgeous in this dress. How perfect this dress for holiday season?! Another way to change the look of this dress is to pair it with a leather jacket and booties.
Orly German (@orlyfitness) my sister, rocked another holiday dress that can compliment many different body shapes. The mix of sequins and tulle gives the most unique style to this dress. It makes such a gorgeous statement all on it’s own, making it perfect for a black tie or cocktail occasion.
Sonja Bouw wore the black silk top that has the most insane sleeves. Even with these statement sleeves, you can wear this top with literally anything. It’s the perfect foundation to layer jewelry over! I love pieces like this that make a statement but also offer great versatility. Whether you pair this with jeans for a casual night, or a skirt for a more formal look it’s gorgeous.
Sonja also wore this stunning mustard tassel top. Doesn’t this color look amazing on her? During my presentation, I mentioned that I love this mustard color on blondes. Blondes sometimes shy away from yellow tones, but mustard is a must. Plus, the tassel details of this shirt add such a fun twist Both tops definitely need to be in my wardrobe.
I wore this tuxedo dress that I instantly fell in love with! I layered lace bralettes and, of course, Dana Rebecca jewels to complete the look. The dress has the perfect amount of elegance, sex appeal and edge. It was such a perfect look for any formal or holiday event. This dress is another new addition to my wardrobe.
